We generally do not provide return & refund policies, however, if the order or transaction is cancelled within a day's time and subject to the product/service not being dispatched or utilized, we will refund your payments. Refunds will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Reva Bhagirathi NGO makes best possible efforts to provide quality services and programs.

1) Refund Scrutiny and Calculation

Once we receive your email on shrirevabhagirathi@gmail.com for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval, the refund will be initiated.

The refund amount is calculated by deducting 20% (Internet payment charges) from your original payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

3) Delay in Receiving Refund
